Live performance of the Laura Morrell Alan Patridge movie premiere campaign song – Partridge State of Mind – performed live in Norwich centre on 29 June 2013
This was such a funny development in the campaign to have the new Alan Partridge movie “Alpha Papa” premiere in its rightful home of Norwich (Aha!), or “Vote Anglia Square not Leicester Square” as the campaign slogan goes. Some months ago a few days filming took place in the centre of Norwich, whilst most of the movie was filmed around Norfolk.
The sizable gathering took place on Gentleman’s Walk, opposite the Market, outside HMV and drew much interest too. The song by Laura Morrell seems to be going viral and can be seen here on YouTube.
She was backed by the super Invidia Voices Choir, and whoever had the idea of placing the super-size Toblerone bar on the piano … it was inspired!
